The patient list moves pretty quickly. The staff is very kind and the Doctor provides great care.
Place sucks I don’t think they know how to treat someone with joint and muscle pain . They just trying to offer unnecessary X-rays and steroid shots but refuse to give a note to see a specialist for my injury what I really need it . A waste of time I don’t think there’s a real doctor working there !
Stephanie, NP was fantastic at listening and considering all elements of the care needed. I also had to call back to ask about the prescription I was prescribed and she got back to me quickly.
I highly recommend Stephanie Tran. She was extremely attentive and helpful during my visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns with compassion and patience, and then gave me a detailed care plan. Her approach put me at ease when I needed it most. Thank you!
I had a 5:00 appointment on a Friday and didn't realize how bad traffic was around that area. I arrived at 10:12 and was informed that the appointment was canceled after ten minutes after. Most places have at least a 15-minute grace period. I've been going to the Tanglewood location for years through hisd. They would never do this!
