Brought my older neighbor here for an upper respiratory infection. The location was beautiful inside the staff was helpful and up lifting. They took great care of her and very little wait time it was amazing . I would highly recommend this location.
Julia has always given my wife and I first class service. Very professional and always does a great job in making us feel comfortable when we visit. Jesse also does a great job taking care of us as well and would recommend Encino park to anyone who is looking for quick but professional and high level medical services.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this facility has been absolutely unacceptable and should serve as a warning to anyone considering coming here. I visited in August 2024, and during that visit, the staff failed to request the correct insurance information. There was no follow-up whatsoever—no phone call, no email, no billing statement—nothing for months. I came here for a drug screening for work and I had noticed the nurses, Tavi, Julia and Angela, every single one of them, told their patient they hope she feels better, as she was leaving. I’ve never in my life , that I can remember, have heard nurses tell a patient to feel better…do you know how sweet that is?!?! I done diddly was flabbergasted with happiness !!!! That’s so kind. Please keep it up ! And the atmosphere is amazing. It’s very calming. If I get sick, I know where I’m coming! *knock on wood lol*
