The PA that examined me today was William and he was exceptional. He took the time to actually listen to what I had to say about my condition. He was thorough, kind, and he was patient. The young woman who was his assistant was also great at her job, as was the receptionist who checked me in. I always feel so well cared for when I come to this Clinic.
Every time I have gone into Next Level, I am struck by how friendly and efficient their staff is. I get great care and I am in and out in a timely manner. Wonderful urgent care experience.
