My experience was not good. I had booked online. No one visibly in front of me when I arrived. I waited 40 minutes just to get in the room. Then the whole process was 3 hours of my day. When you are sick that’s a long time. Warning: tried to call in 5 days later trying to get a refill for an inhaler (acute bronchitis) and was told no …a different doctor was there and come in for another visit. I asked when that doctor would be back and I was told in a month. Won’t go back.
I have always had an amazing experience here. Staff and doctor is always great and sweet. They go above and beyond.
I had an excellent experience at Next Level Urgent Care – Bee Caves location. I went in for a tetanus shot and to have two laceration wounds checked out. The staff and practitioners were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The clinic was very clean and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and waited about 45 minutes, which was reasonable. That said, I’d recommend making an appointment if you’re looking for quicker service.
