Went here twice for the same issue and I am still not well. I went on 18 August (8 days after first symptoms) and again on 4 September (28 days after first symptoms). First of all, saw a PA both times and what they both prescribed has done absolutely nothing to give me any relief. First time was 5 days of a steroid and 10 days of an antibiotic after testing me for strep, COVID, and flu that were all negative, and second time was 2 inhalers and a cough medicine. Great staff - very quick and efficient !
I came in right when they opened with a hand injury that needed stitches. I was really nervous, but the staff saw me immediately and had me taken care of and out the door within an hour. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They explained the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful to have such a great urgent care close by!
We’ve always had a very positive experience here! From strep throat to allergic reactions, we’ve been seen in a reasonable time frame and had transparency with cost. I also like that you can return within 48 hours if your symptoms change or worsen for the same issue, and not be charged another copay (double check the exact policy!). Either way, we have lots of peace of mind knowing this urgent care is so close to our house.
Got bit by a dog at work today and came in to be seen and get antibiotics. Had a lovely experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Every team member was not only polite but also, seemingly, enthused to assist me which is a rare experience. Highly recommend during stressy times or not they seem to be ready to help no matter the situation.
