I came in to town to visit family and ended up becoming ill. I came in the Next Level for a 6 pm appt and was greeted quickly, taken back and seen all within 20 minutes! Ashley, Alyssa, Leigh and Sara were attentive and so so sweet! I can’t say enough about Ms. Paula the NP that treated me! She was sooo sweet and genuinely listened to my concerns and pains! I’m coming back to visit when I’m in town again! (Healthy of course!)
This is the first time I’ve been here, and I LOVE IT!! Everyone is super personable and the NP treated me like a long time patient. Such a wonderful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back! Seriously the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!
