Mindy and her staff really care about the clients. I have seen a lot of improvement in myself in the past 3.5 months I've been attending. There are lots of different classes offered here as well as open gym on your own. I love that there's an electronic door keypad and 24/7 access.
I’ve always hated working out. I’ve let myself go over the years, and the idea of stepping into a gym felt overwhelming… until I found Next Level Training. From day one, Mindy, Jacob, and Travis made me feel welcomed, supported, and capable.
