We rented a tent from Next Level Tents for our backyard wedding, and they went above and beyond! The tent was beautiful, sturdy, and perfect for the space. They also provided lights and decorations, which completely transformed our yard into a magical setting. If I could give 0 stars I would! It was my wedding day and as hectic as it was they made that morning a nightmare for us! We agreed to a set time of 8 am for delivery, moving the tables that were already there, and setting up and I was so thankful that they were able to do all of that for a cheap price… UNTIL the day when they didn’t show up at 8am! Next Level Tents is a great company. They are very personable and professional and do an excellent job with keeping you informed with set up and take down. The tent, table and chairs we rented were great!
Next-level service from start to finish! Booking was a breeze, communication was spot-on, and Daniel and Nate were total pros—fast, efficient, and even adjusted a tent wall on the spot when my first idea didn’t work. We used A&T’s last year, which was a little cheaper, but NLT’s quality and customer service blow them out of the water. They’re officially our go-to for Hudson Valley events!
