It seems that the office didn't actually send my family's tax return for 2022 and IRS cancelled my son's W7 application due to the evidence not being received. I called them and was told that the owner would investigate the issue. I called several weeks later and had a lady listen to my story again and hang up the phone on me. The people are nice until they hear something they don't like. Was told there was a limit of children I could claim and that I couldn't put certain stuff in my taxes when I was asked by my previous one to bring everything I did my taxes and wasn't even asked if I went to school to put in my taxes. Was not asked a lot, than i was threatened by the guy in the curly hair to be audited by the IRS because I was trying to put down other stuff that apparently I was not supposed to, which is why I pay someone to do them because I am... read more

I have been trying to get the ITIN number for my daughter for 2 years already and they were filling completely wrong the application. I had to go directly to IRS to ask about why it was always rejected and basically the IRS agent told me that this place were telling me lies about what they really need.
