I would highly recommend Next Level Physio! I started seeing them during marathon training when I wasn’t quite sure I would make it to my scheduled marathon! I can’t recommend Next Level Physio and Dr. Alex enough. About a year ago, I was dealing with persistent shoulder pain that had been bothering me for several years. When it comes to knowing their stuff and getting you better. Anthony is your guy. He comes in eager and excited to help you feel better, gives you a play by play of what he is doing, why he is doing it, and how it can help. Dr. Anthony was literally LIFE-CHANGING for my teenage hockey player son who suffered a lower back injury. Before coming to Next Level, I was so worried about my son’s recovery and ability to return to play. Dr. Anthony worked one-on-one with Aidan to provide very specific and individualized physical therapeutic support and training, which was EXACTLY what was needed.
