10/10 service and sales. Very quick service replacing parts, I barely had time to go out for lunch before he called me back in to pick up my scooter. Very friendly and full of advice. Popped a tire one day and was back to riding the next

I obtained an electric scooter elsewhere, before I knew this place existed, but was physically injured and couldn't even try out my new purchase so i contacted Next Level and asked if they would test ride my new scooter for me. The guy was super nice and friendly, gladly test drove my new scooter after looking over the assembly of it for a few minutes, and even interested me in a new lock/alarm for the scooter. This shop is a 10/10 for all your E-scooter needs. Lanny is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled with E-scooters no matter the brand. I walked in without an appointment or anything of that sort, and he had my scooter back up and running in just a couple of hours, a job that would have taken weeks elsewhere (trust me I spent way more time than I should have looking around for a worthy shop). Lanny is very good and well versed on Electric Scooters. He worked on mine today and got it taken care of quicker than I expected. Great dude to work with and will continue to come back time and time again, regardless of the outcome. Highly recommended people to stop or give him a call if you're having trouble with your scooters. Riding mine back on the road again.
