We are very pleased with Kevin Bejines's service and willingness to follow our instructions regarding time of service and need to take precautions in certain areas.
We have been using Next Level Pest for several years. All the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful with solving problems and very courteous. If you leave a message, they return it promptly and truly care about your needs.
Awesome! Fabulous! Knowledgeable! Helpful! Friendly! Thorough!! What else could you ask? Nada... lol. No switch and bate, just honest about services. Jonathan was great and very much appreciated.
Curtis was amazing! Great customer service! Shawn Sloan was also amazing, he was very thorough on the service he provided, my back gate was locked so he couldn’t complete the service but it was an easy call to get them out to finish the job. Highly recommended next level pest control!
Kevin was very friendly. Thank you for the good service :) I will say that this was only our first appointment, so I can't say whether or not the rat issue has been taken care of yet or not, but as for customer service, Kevin was great.
