Jake is helping the boys make big improvements on their strength. We go there every week for strength training with some of the hockey boys. The videos are from them doing baseball after strength training. It is great improvements for the price. The boys also really enjoy going there.

I’ve been working with Jake for personal training for 2 1/2 years or so now and he has been helping me in so many ways! He’s helped me with diet, training, and so much more. He really takes the time to work with you and is always committed to helping you 110%. If you’re looking for a good trainer, I would highly recommend him

My middle school age son has been training with Jake for almost a year and he loves it. I am a former sports coach and youth sports manager and have been so impressed with how Jake coaches. He knows his stuff and also is attentive to the mental, physical, and nutritional health of his clients. My son has seen improvement in his physical fitness and skills along with being positively motivated toward healthy habits. I'd recommend Next Level Performance to anyone looking for overall fitness or sports specific lessons!
