Kind and courteous.
The buffering was bad before it was updated. Now it’s TERRIBLE! Half the channels are not represented correctly. Favorites don’t work. And none of the MLB channels work, EVER! NFL network doesn’t work either because of buffering. Every-time I call, theirs works great! No issues… well my neighbor has next level too, he has the same problems! Please people, either fix this;”only” my problem or offer a solution, like an upgraded service. My nerves can’t handle this!
