Such an amazing massage! I’ve struggled on and off for years with shoulder tension and tension headaches and during that time I’ve gone to many different places for massages. Chris was extremely thorough and professional from start to finish. I came in with left scapular and left hip pain, and it is 2 days post...still feeling great & next to no pain issues! Chris explained what he was doing and even had tips for me to incorporate as I move forward. I feel he is very knowledgeable about the anatomy/physiology of muscle, which is so important to be a skilled massage therapist! Thank you Chris so very much for a great session...shall be back. Highly recommend this guy to anyone reading this!
(Update) I've been going to Chris for over a year. Exceptional deep tissue!! There are no words to explain how amazing he can find every spot that needs attention and figure out how to eliminate pain and tension, move fluid out of trapped areas and make you feel like a whole new person.
