Professional, affordable, quality work & products! This winter when our furnace was giving out, we met/evaluated three (3) heating & cooling vendors. We decided on Next Level because of the strong reputation, and quality products (Carrier & AprilAire). Keith/team were professional from quote to cleanup. Thankful for their help, honesty, and the reliable heat & clean air (MERV 13 grade) we now enjoy. We recommend them to friends/family in Mon, Marion & Harrison counties.
My home warranty company is who connected me with Next Level Heating & Cooling. I recently bought a townhouse in Fairmont. This fall when I went to turn the heat on the blower came on but the inducer motor and gas didn't. I put in a claim at about 3AM on a Friday and they had a tech at my home that afternoon. He was able to locate the issue and order the part that day. Within four days after finding out my furnace was shot, they had a brand new one installed. Very nice people easy to work with easy to communicate with.I recommend them highly.
