Working with Heidi has truly been a gift. Her knowledge, clarity, and time were so valuable to me and my health journey. From the beginning of my health journey, Heidi always met me where I was at. Heidi customized a program for my needs. She helped me more than any health care worker has to resolve my migraines, energy level, self image, and much more. She let me work at a pace that worked for me while educating me on how our bodies work and how healthy habits will make me feel better.
