Heidi does an excellent job in explaining any test results with you and she is very thorough and makes sure that you understand everything she’s talking about. Heidi is very knowledgeable and she was realistic with her expectations about people’s lifestyles and habits. Her plan for me took that into account and gave me confidence that I could succeed in improving my health.
