Heidi is awesome. Very knowledgeable and understanding. She helped me figure out what was going wrong in my body and helped me correct those things while tailoring a health goals that would work for me. I've lost 130 pounds with what she suggested and the cool part is that I was able to do it all naturally. Which I find to be valuable. Because I've learned and gained alot of missing knowledge about health. 10/10 recommend.

Heidi is so kind and compassionate and knowledgeable! She told me more in one session about my bloodwork (which she knows what tests to actually order to get the full picture) than I’ve learned in years of drs. And she is so reasonable in her fees compared to many other options I’ve looked into over the years. I just really am thankful and impressed with what she does and excited to continue working with her. She truly cares and works on your mindset as well.
