They had they first back to school event today and although everyone else told me my kids had to be present I explained that they were out of town and she made sure to give me book bags for them and food. I JUST wasted 4hours (Shampoo, partial color & Style )...Im so disappointed with Tonya. She's normally better than this. She kept me there all day and then couldn't do my entire head the way I wanted.Kept making a lot of excuses: My hair was a "blend" (Its human, I haven't had ANY issues in 6wks), her coworkers crimp iron, heat temperature, etc. I said it was fine but she didn't like it.
