Very upset with this business. Signed up for a membership April, sent a cancellation notice in June. Somehow get charged in August, no refund. They canceled membership charges I guess for the first of September, but somehow manage to charge me 50$ again in the middle of the month. Call for the manager 5+ times and he's "not here." Last time I called and it was the same story and the lady magically got the manager on the phone. Very unprofessional.
Where do I even begin?! First off, this is the nicest gym I have ever been to (both locations). The equipment is brand new and always clean. I am on a fitness journey, and I felt really comfortable at this gym. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Second, the owner Jeff, and my trainer, Gwyn, could not be more amazing! They really love what they do and they are dedicated to their clients health and wellness. I could not be happier with my personal training sessions with Gwyn. I've found my gym! It's clean, full of great equipment and the staff are so nice and friendly. They keep their equipment in great condition and they're always getting something in new. Definitely one of the best gyms in Henderson/Vegas.
