Updated review Friendly staff nice clean gym great programs for beginners like me and plenty of help with the different machines. Moving on to my 3rd phase getting more comfortable being in the gym and down like 15kgs. On to the second block of the new program thought I'd update the post down like 20KGs I 7-8 months and managed to maintain most of my muscles mass on a big cut ( to big a defist diet ) few more months and I'll try another scan.
