Great trainer/coach, great classes, great schedule, very motivating, other gym members very positive and supporting
Eric is the best coach! My body composition has changed so much in the last 4 1/2 months. I've changed my diet, as well. However, without this gym and Eric's coaching it wouldn't not be possible. Even in a class (which is usually small) I always feel like I've got a personal coaching session. Eric makes sure our form is correct and that we're getting the most out of each exercise. I recommend Next Level and Eric to everyone. He is very good at modifying to WHATEVER your needs may be.
Coach Eric is truly that… a coach. He’s not a cheerleader. He will guide you on the movements for proper form, he will challenge you, and you’ll feel right at home. No matter your athletic ability you will be challenged in the best way. Athletes train with him as well as people who just need to get that workout in without thinking about it. If you want to lose weight and get in shape this is the place to join. Workouts are always changing so you'll never get bored. Staff is excellent. Always encouraging and focused on you getting personal results.
