This gym is amazing in do Many ways. It’s like weight watchers and a gym all in one. Mayson and Levi Bell are amazing owners. They are fun, professional and have the best team for their place. I joined January 2022 and I’m not bored at all. Each workout is different and has really transformed a lot of bodies including mine. As of now I bought another year of a membership recently and will continue to come.
I'm a 67 yr old, sedentary, pre-diabetic, 20 year obese male. Through the 6 week challenge - following the diet closely, attending three HIIT sessions per week, being held accountable and encouraged by the instructors - I have lost better than 10% body fat, more than 15 lbs, normal to low pre-diabetes gloucose levels, and have lost the 20 yr stigma of obese and am now overweight. I just finished the 6 week challenge and I ended up joining because I loved it so much! The workouts are fun and never the same. I’ve tried so many programs and It’s the only program that has worked for me to lose body fat. They make you feel so welcome! Love this place!!
Next level fitness has made me feel welcome and helped me start my journey to a better me. The workouts are great along with the meal plan and accountability. They push you to strive to be better in a positive way. I’m so happy I found this family.
