Worst gym in the Fairmont/Whitehall area, the owner is rude and has anger issues, make sure you read the terms and conditions because you will get overcharged for absolutely nothing.

I hurt myself and haven’t been able to lift for a month or so and have been doing basic workouts at home. I went to cancel my membership to save money and the owner calls and says “I didn’t get into the gym business to make money” and said that he saw I went and used the facility often and didn’t want me to cancel. He offered me 3 free months until I’m better to avoid a sign up fee in the future, and pushed back my yearly charge 2 months. Wonderful owner and it was appreciated.

I’ve traveled and went from gym to gym. Out of all them the customer service of Next Level Fitness is truly NEXT level. Almost instantly I’ve gotten email replies to help me, and a representative named Jalen Hale has personally came to the location and opened the door for me because it wasn’t opening to my barcode AFTER he just helped me set a new primary card.
