My honest review I would say she is professional when she feels like being professional & what I mean by that is (communication) however she gives you the run around & act like she has an attitude when your looking to book her space & know more about it . Sorry not my fault you have your number here & I called to ask questions. If your going to have an attitude & don’t have time to assist anyone on information & questions you need to voice that.
Though my party was a success, I want to let everyone know to NEVER book an event at NEXT LEVEL EVENT SPACE/All N Fun Party & Characters Rental IN WESTLAND with Ms. Starlisa Neal. She is very unprofessional & rude towards her customers. My family had a christmas event at her space December of 2024 which we had no issues that day. I booked her again for my 30th birthday party May 3rd, 2025 since we had already used her prior. She advertised a special for her event space as a 4 hour rental for $400. Lisa provides outstanding services and she does amazing work. I will recommend her place of business anytime. She made my 60th birthday such a memorable event. I’m so grateful and blessed I went to her for her services.
I went there for a graduation open house, it was decorated so nice that I thought it was a wedding. Clean and comfortable, plenty of parking. Dollar tree right there, everybody needs that store.
