At my first appointment at The Next Level Dental in Smyrna, TN. I went in to have my teeth cleaned. I found out that the first appointment is for an oral exam, x-rays and a treatment plan only. I was shocked to find out that they charge every patient an extra $10 for Covid-19 cleaning supplies each visit. To me they've got to clean and wipe down everything after every patient anyway so this charge is unnecessary. I rate -----0000000000...Horrible , unprofessional, condescending talking Office manger. I try to patronize black own businesses and doctors, so far this has been the worst experience ever. Horrible customer service, lack of clarity. Asked several of times who can I report her to? She states she handle complaints. Fair enough but I won't stop until she reported to person or place and she is coached on how to handle conflict and not neglect patients.
