This place used to be my favorite burger place, but recently every time I eat here it's a worse experience in customer service. Tonight the soda fountain is broken, the ice machine is broken and half of the ceiling light are blown out, and when I ask for a clean cup for water, the lady cook who's obviously hating her job yells at me to stay in front of the camera. Understaffed and rightfully overwhelmed staff of 2, including the angry cook.
This was probably the best burger I've had in my life !! I haven't been vegan my whole life but the American chzburger was even better than any of the animal based burgers I've had The service was also great, I think the employee was working by herself but service was reasonably fast and she remade the burger for me without me asking because it was a bit overcooked.
