Listened to the concerns, addressed things and gave new ideas on how to make the hair stronger. I have anxiety and didn't make any cuts without asking first. Very nice and professional. Super clean salon, comfortable and airy, not stuffy not packed. Carli was super nice and made things easy. Was very pleased. Extra bonus, support local is always amazing.
