Scheduled an appointment and within a few hours of said appointment the shop rescheduled without asking if I had the ability to counter the schedule or cancel. Do not recommend going unless you have open availability
Just wanted to book an appointment (walk ins are the way to go because people are in need and this appointment set up leave people in the wind to wait and suffer) number don't work so I'm stuck with unbraided hair that needs to be cut. ANSWER THE PHONE
