I needed to replace a door lock actuator - a super common issue for my car model, easy to diagnose in a second, straightforward fix. Imagine my surprise when I got SCOLDED by the guy on the phone for calling around to compare prices and warranty options. Didn't contact me to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment. Had to drive all the way there to find out, then drive back home. They knew I was coming from a distance. Quoted me a transmission rebuild ($3k+) when I just needed a new wheel bearing. This was after I specifically said I likely have a bad bearing. Told me my tires were loud and "it could be anything".
