Great service
Didn't contact me to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment. Had to drive all the way there to find out, then drive back home. They knew I was coming from a distance. Quoted me a transmission rebuild ($3k+) when I just needed a new wheel bearing. This was after I specifically said I likely have a bad bearing. Told me my tires were loud and "it could be anything". After having a few bad experiences with a couple shops in Owen Sound, I decided to get in touch with Todd at Next Level and couldn't have been happier with that decision! This shop is extremely fair priced and provides fast and efficient service! Trust is a big deal when it comes to taking your vehicle into a shop and I can promise you, you won't be disappointed with the all around service that is offered here!
