So I had my timing belt, water pump, lightweight pulley, thermostat, new radiator hoses, and new thermostat done at this shop. As I picked up my vechile I heard a weird sound and notified them. In responce he said he didnt hear anything. After driving my car out of the shop I heard the same god awful sound that persisted but thought to myself he told me it was nothing. I have had both my car and my wife's car serviced here and both times the service has been exceptional. They always call me and inform me exactly everything that's going on, what needs to be done, how much it's going to cost, etc. Both Gareth and Tim are extremely helpful and courteous and go above and beyond to make things right. Highly recommend them!
