I saw someone ranting on Facebook and pleading with people to leave scathing reviews. Well, my wife brought her VW Golf here a few years ago and I forgot to leave a 5 star review. Everything is working great years later. Sorry for not leaving a review sooner. I hope the tweakers find something better to do than attack local entrepreneurs

I have been a loyal customer at Next level audio for more than 5 years, which makes writing this review disappointing. When my deck was damaged during a detailing appointment. The detailer immediately accepted responsibility and paid. I then came to Next level Audio and was told the repair would take approximately two weeks, but it ultimately took six weeks.
