Next Level Air Duct Cleaning did an excellent job with my duct cleaning. First, they showed up right on time. The technicians were both friendly and professional, and they explained each step of the process and why they were doing it. The job took the amount of time they said that it would, the cost matched what I was quoted on the phone, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Great company, I would definitely use Next Level Air Duct Cleaning again.
I proceeded to make an appointment to get the duct cleaning for my house. Everything about the job went very well. I told Bruce when I was speaking with him, that I was very impressed that he had taken out the time to respond to all the reviews posted about his company, which is why I decided to go with his team of specialists. Top notch.
Bruce and his team were wonderful. I have lots of allergies and needed to be sure there were no hidden problems in our ducts. They spent time and did an remarkable job. Our air quality is great and our dust minimized. We will not have to do it for several years. That's the benefit of a great job. Top notch service!
Not only did the Next Level Air Duct Cleaning crew arrive early to clean my air ducts, but the also came prepared, and with a pleasant attitude! They carefully protected floors and walls and paid meticulous attention to detail. Now I see why we were having difficulty breathing. So wish we had called them in the first place! Very efficient and polite crew. I’m very happy with their work and recommend them anytime.
Bruce and his crew provided top notch service. This was the first time, I was getting my vents cleaned since I purchased my home. They were sure to explain every step of the process before they started. They cleaned up after themselves which is always a plus. I appreciated the time they took to show me the benefits of taking advantage of additional services that the Group on didn't cover. I will definitely be using Next Level Air Duct Cleaning again next year for maintenance of my HVAC system.
