5 stars. Brilliant service. Adam did our townhouse home inspection throughly, answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and his report was comprehensive and easy to read. He also managed to fit us in with one days notice for no additional charge. Would 100% recommend his services.

EDIT: I am reporting the facts as they happened. I have never asked for anything untruthful; I simply asked Adam to document what he admitted to me in person: that he was aware of the sealed attic before closing but failed to inform me. While he initially agreed to document this, he has since refused to put it in writing. Instead, he retroactively edited his original report months after closing to include the sealed access for the first time. Adam came to my home to do a property inspection. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional throughout the entire process.
