We had a condo that needed inspection. We found Adam to be a conscientious, detailed, efficient inspector. Over the top of what we expected. He provided a detailed report including photos of anything needing repair. His price is reasonable and he saved us a lot of money as we negotiated with the sellers- enough to pay for all the repairs listed. Thank you Adam for an excellent job.
Easy to book and reliable
Adam inspected a townhouse for us before we purchased it. He was detailed, thorough, practical, and knowledgable. He was also very kind, friendly, and explained everything to us very clearly. We would absolutely recommend him to others.
I called Adam a day before to enquire about services and explained him that I would be purchasing the apartment that I am already renting ever since my landlord got the possession.
