I had a very good stay at Next Hotel Melbourne. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top notch. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, polite, and professional. I usually like Hilton properties and the Next Hotel brand, and the location and hardware of Next Hotel Melbourne are genuinely good. This is why I feel disappointed by this particular stay. Unfortunately, there were multiple service and system issues throughout the stay and after checkout. These included problems with deposit handling, incorrect or incomplete billing records, and delayed or inconsistent follow-up communication. This is a great hotel in a perfect location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Decorated beautifully and close to anything you need. Breakfast and amenities were great too. Highly recommended!!!
I had a fantastic stay at Next Hotel Melbourne. The customer service was top-notch—the team was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spotless and have a very sleek, contemporary look. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend it to any traveler visiting the city.
Not too far on the edge of the CBD but very close to the free tram line. I had a city view room which was amazing. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. You dont hear traffic so it was great to have a good night's sleep. The dining area is on the small side but perfect seating for coffee or food. Would stay again
