Loved this place when I was a member. Routines never disappointed and always pushed me to my limit. Never boring!
I recommend this place to everyone - people who are in shape and people who are out of shape. They have small group fitness classes all day long so you don't have an excuse to skip a day. The trainers are great and keep learning and teaching new workouts/techniques.
Excellent training center!! Love the different daily workouts and I cannot say enough about the great staff!!
