Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend
Do not call Next Generation Appliance..The owner (Carl) does not know what he's doing. It seems that all his repairs are over $300. He "fixed" Samsung dryer but it’s still not working he gave me one year warranty I have called him many times, he doesn't call back. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau today he is the worst person I ever met in my Life,
Had our refrigerator repaired by Carl in December.... Not working correctly 2 months later .. Still under warranty... Have called numerous times...left messages.. No calls returned... Very disappointed .
