Mrs. Gavin was so so sweet and patient with us. She is so personable, attentive to your needs/concerns and I really appreciate that she did not view our son as a number on her chart. She went out of her way to explain in detail the diagnosis and what they mean. It’s our first time being parents, as well as our first time going to a Neuropsychologist for our son. I have brought both of my children to see Dr. Hope and once evaluated I found I had more clarity on how their brains worked and was able to get the right help for them. Dr. Hope also was able to note my one daughter needed assistance of an occupational therapist, which has made her blossom. We are so grateful for their kindness, compassion and professionalism.
We took my son here a year ago for a full neuropsychological evaluation. We met with Dr. Hope. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Hope was unable to give us an answer for our son's struggles and we eventually reached out to another doctor who saw something that Dr. Hope missed. Dr. West-Gavin reached out to me after initially leaving a bad review. She apologized for us leaving without an answer and support to help our son.
