I was working with Brian on my project for over 2 years. I had to get permits from the local town, Brian never did a thing to file permits. He lied about my deposit going to the factory( if he told you that, call the factory and ask like I did ) and used it to live off of. He delayed my project for over 2 years blaming Covid. I FIRED him and took over and got the job done. I highly do NOT recommend Next Generation Modular. He is a FRAUD
We have been dealing with Brian the owner of Next Generation Modular on our Hamptons Project and so Far the experience has been STELLAR. My family and I have been in the home renovation field for 35 years plus nationwide and international, we have seen/experienced quite a bit and I can honestly say Brian's approach to dealing with his clients is Top Notch. I am working with Brian on my project for about one year. We’re just about ready to get permits from the local town. Brian is very professional and understanding of the changes we made during this process. He had to re-draw our house because of our budget changing. I will update this review as the process continues. I do highly recommend Next Generation Modular.

Final Review Update: Increased rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. The project hit a lot of speed bumps and road blocks. In the end it all came together and we are very happy we chose this route (modular). If we had to do it all over again, we would still choose to do modular. Mid-Project Update: We have been having difficulty in bringing this project to completion. Specifically, several aspects of the job has now been held up for months due to the basement slab not being poured.
