Place is a joke. Fraud. Dont waste your time with these lenders . Theyll take your money. Youll lose your earnest money . Do not do business with them .Jackie is unprofessional and a scam . Can not emphasise enough. do not .. do not .. do not do business with jackie or anyone from this lender org. Youll regret it if you do.
Would not recommend. NextGen was difficult to work with throughout the process. NextGen consistently underwhelmed, blamed everyone else for issues that were theirs, and led to a late closing. After the fact, a year later, my insurance stopped getting paid from escrow. I called to ask why and was told to contact NextGen. They said they’d take care of it then ghosted me. No response.
