I paid Snyder $8000+ for my floors. The installers broke/tore out my floor electric outlet in the process of installing the floor. I cannot get anyone at Snyder to respond to my complaint or even acknowledge that I exist. Floors look great but it's a lot to pay to be treated like you don't matter to them, not to mention having to hire someone else to fix their mistake.
