Struggled to get a hold of on the phone at first. Eventually got through and booked a quote for a Monday morning. I called after he was 10 mins late and was on another job. I suspect he forgot. Rescheduled for the next morning. Didn’t turn up and didn’t answer the phone. Don’t understand how anyone runs a business like this.
