I went to the location on Valley Mills Dr. They’re awesome with kids and did a FANTASTIC JOB! Very pleased with the service. Strongly recommend it.

I walked in at 2:50pm hoping to have a barber close instead of driving across town, no one was in there but a male and female employee sitting watching tv, I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no and the male said he had one at three and couldn’t get me in at all. I said I tried calling to set up an appointment and female employee said the number doesn’t work and that another barber might be in later. I had to ask for a number to call as neither one offered to cut my hair or even set up an appointment….

I highly recommend J.R. Great with kids. Seems to always be available, as long as you make an appointment. There's 2 locations. The one I recommend is the one on Lakeshore & North 19th.
