Had a very positive experience here. The trailer lights on my boat trailer were not working and the Owner did a very professional and competent job of getting me back on the road in short order. Was surprised to get such quick and competent service at a very fair price. Highly recommend this business due to the outstanding service that I received.
The manager was rude. I just wanted to return a truck, but he makes faces at me and makes me feel like I did something wrong or maybe I distracted him from more important things. I don’t know. It wasn’t a good customer experience at all. It is up to you if you have to go there.
I was out of town April 29-30 with a girlfriend in her car. I left my car in her driveway. Upon returning on Sunday afternoon my car wouldn’t start. I don’t live in Oviedo, so I knew my car needed towing, however, auto body shops are closed on Sundays! Henry came and tested the battery of my car, it was dead. He called his supplier to bring my specific battery to his shop. Henry then towed my car to his shop. The battery was delivered within 30 minutes. It was immediately put in by Henry. Needed a tow after my car wouldn't start. Next generation came out and it was a simple fix that they didn't even charge me for. Recommend them highly!!
