Mike and Ashley are amazing! My parents started taking their vehicles there before I started driving years ago and we've never looked anywhere else since. Next Generation Auto has been my top choice over the past 7 years. The service is truly next level and it feels like family. You guys are the best!
In an emergency I dropped it off on my way to work. I called right when they opened, and Michael was very gracious in getting it looked the following business day! Turns out I just needed an oil change. His customer service, communication and work was great throughout the entire process. I look forward to bringing my car here for now on.
Update: It's been almost 11 months since I visited Mike and Ashley for major work on my 2010 Lexus. They replaced my suspension system front and back, new brakes front and back, CV axle shaft left and right, and lower Control Arm. Almost a year and I couldn't be happier. The cost was thousands less than the dealership, and another quote was received at another shop. I was referred to Next Generation, and they've earned my trust with this work. Can't recommend highly enough.

Mike and his team set a very high bar for service, automotive expertise, and empathy for beleaguered traveling motorists. We cannot give enough superlatives for the care and service Next Generation Auto Repair & Emission provided to us.
