Just got our new to us tub from Next Gen Hot Tubs. They moved the tub into our back yard which looked like a tough task but they got it in no problem. They then hooked it up and got it going for us and hooked up all the electrical. They also gave us detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to use it. I highly recommend using them for anything hot tubs! Great and friendly service!
Next generation hot tubs went above and beyond for us. We had an emergency during the cold snap and our hot tub pressure valve cap broke and was shooting water out of our filter. We had hrs to fix this. Problem was it was Sunday night at dinner time. We called next Gen hot tubs and the owner was on vacation but told us he had a similar hot tub at his home that was no longer in use he directed us to take the pressure cap off that unit.. at no cost... amazing saved our tub literally We can't thank u enough thanks thanks
I ordered through Amazon and my shipment never arrived. I received a phone call directly and 2 days of attempts to track down my missing package. I was assured that a replacement would be sent immediately and that arrived within days. Excellent customer service, I will absolutely be ordering again, but directly through Next Gen Hot Tubs from now on!
I was looking at a used hot tub Next Gen had. But I asked his opinion should I buy the one he had for sale or another one I was looking at. He was very honest and said I should buy the other one not the one he had. He also looked at it for me before I purchased it to get his professional opinion. I bought it, he picked it up, delivered it to my place and setup all electrical for it.
