I ordered through Amazon and my shipment never arrived. I received a phone call directly and 2 days of attempts to track down my missing package. I was assured that a replacement would be sent immediately and that arrived within days. Excellent customer service, I will absolutely be ordering again, but directly through Next Gen Hot Tubs from now on!

I was looking at a used hot tub Next Gen had. But I asked his opinion should I buy the one he had for sale or another one I was looking at. He was very honest and said I should buy the other one not the one he had. He also looked at it for me before I purchased it to get his professional opinion. I bought it, he picked it up, delivered it to my place and setup all electrical for it. Thanks so much to Darren for a quick sale and removal of my hot tub. Arrived on time and was completely prepared with all for checking out hot tub, removing electrical , emptying and hauling it out of the back yard. No hassles and great service

Darren is awesome! I would highly recommend next generation hot tubs to anyone who may need parts or a great hot tub at a good price. I needed special parts to fix my tub and Darren had exactly what I needed! Great customer service, easy to work with and he responds quickly! Thank you Darren

Had them take a used hot tub today! They were great. Quick to respond, quick to pick up. Did a great job getting it out of the yard. Very pleasant to do business with!
