Spent big money on a 68rfe didn’t even last 20k miles with a totally stock truck other than being deleted! There warranty department has a lot to be desired! Super slow is an understatement!
Don’t buy anything from this company thinking you can remove and replace valves and upgrade your valve body with just nominal tooling and easy instructions like they promote. It’s a lie! The 10 speed transmission is a nightmare to go fooling with without full technical details and much more is needed than what they provide. Bought a transmission for my Dooley put it on had a bad vibration. Had to take it off and resend it to him again fixed the problem figured it would just be my bad luck. I needed another transmission for a 2003 ram ordered the transmission installed it no fourth gear called multiple times sent in the valve body. They went through it sent it back reinstalled it with new valves new wire harness and still does not run and now they will not answer my calls. This should be -5 but a one star for reporting purposes. I find it very hard to trust this company and it’s advertising. They claim they would deliver in 3-5 days and this ended up being 3 weeks. They said they would keep me updated with the shipment but they never called me and I had to keep calling them to find out what’s going on. I got two calls from two different people confirming the VIN and gear selector type and location. The valve body delivered was incorrect for my truck and they don’t accepted returns. I wish there were more stars to give this company. Their customer service is top notch! From the first call I made to my last call I made. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was helping my son make the calls because he works all day and they truly went above and beyond to get my son his part so he could get his truck up and running. Definitely a great business to work with and will be back if we need something for his truck
