My 20 yr old niece whom is a single mother of 2 brought her car in. They said for 3,500$ they could fix the oil leak. Well 3,500$ later parts and service and the guy tells her he can’t fix the car and doesn’t have the time to figure it out. These guys literally robbed her of 3,500$ and didn’t fix the car. Absolutely disgusting and unamerican to do that to anyone. We have reported these guys to the better business bureau that will be looking into it soon. Took my wife's car here for a last minute issue and was able to get me in immediately. Gino was great and transparent. I was just in San Angelo for training, otherwise this would be my go to mechanic. Probably best experience I've ever had with a mechanic.
Gino is very professional and kind, always willing and ready to help me with me vehicle. I am so happy that I work near his shop in case I need his service.
