Very happy with my experience with this place from start to finish. The girl at reception is beyond lovely and the guys handling the repairs did a bang up job making my decade old car look brand spanking new (and clean). To top it all off, they also helped me organise my car hire who also turned out to be an amazing company of their own. I can definitely vouch for this repair shop.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with NextGen Autobody and would not recommend them. I dropped my car off on 1st July for a very minor repair — just a small front lip on the body kit that needed replacement. I was told the part had to be imported from Japan, which I understood, but what followed was months of poor communication and delays.
