Terrible customer service lack of care! My account rep in Dallas was named **** ,and I had 100k line for the business not needed to use but once it was needed I learned it’s been closed for not using it. This sales rep so negligent hardly need who I was when I called him.
Not for everyone! Sales rep did a good job telling me I needed to get signed up ASAP to get a discounted price, and its easy to implement and to use. Unfortunately I was SOLD! Turns out it is not as "easy as walking" (which is what I was told) and very time consuming to learn and teach everyone. And despite what they say it is NOT for every company.
