I'm not sure what the previous review was referring to when they were not getting paid, I've been working here for only a couple of weeks and never had a problem with receiving my paycheck. My team for training has been amazing, really great benefits and my manager is awesome! I hope I never have to leave Next!

Worked with NEXT for 3 years as an independent advisor. I would not suggest to take this dip with them if you want to go independent. Their internal paperwork is a nightmare (80+ pages of disclosures). Their technology is a joke, it really makes it hard to be a productive advisor. They use one E&O company that overbids the price of insurance that you need to be able to be a rep. I left them recently and I am pretty glad that I did.
