I’m lodging this review to warn others. Next Electrical was responsible for an air conditioner installation that has since been proven to be faulty due to their poor workmanship. An independent report confirmed the unit's isolator was full of water because it was not correctly weatherproofed during the initial installation by their team. Since we brought this critical issue to their attention, their response has been non-existent. My Daikin ducted air conditioner was installed yesterday. The fellows arrived on time, are pleasant and courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Although it's early days, so far I'm very happy.
I got the external unit of a split A/C a few meters away from the current location. The technicians from Next Electrical & Air did the work in a professional manner and the workmanship was excellent. Thank you.
They took lot of time and the final results was disappointing!!
