Stay far away. I had thousands of dollars worth of property stolen from my storage unit, and this facility has no security system whatsoever. The staff had no idea what to do when it happened no help, no solutions, nothing. They told me nothing would be done, not even reimbursing me for canceling my service mid month. To make matters worse, when I tried to close my account, they couldn’t figure out how to cancel it until someone else finally showed up, leaving me waiting over an hour to move out. I am happy with my belongings in a safe secure climate controlled place I have alot stuff in between moving and I have a habit of shopping at thrift stores and I crowd my apt with clothes so I store them and I'm a pack rat so truly this place is nice convenient and easy to access your unit they have carts available to transfer your boxes and things back forth from your vehicle to the unit ,and the front desk is there most the time she's a nice lady.i am happy with this place little bit costly for me I guess I have to figure ... read more
a reason i rented is because they advertise 24 hour access online with my work hours i need late night access turns out they do not offer 24. hour access. disappointed.
