They up your rent without telling you or advertising it. They just “review” the prices and up the price after you have been ther 6 months. That’s shady business practice to get you in with a low monthly payment and then they will automatically up your payment. They said they sent me an email about the changes but the only email I got was for the payment. Requested the email again about the notification and have yet to receive it.
Augustana College parent moving daughter for the Summer. It is by far the closest storage from Augie. It's super close. Renting was quick. The clerk was very efficient, courteous and could answer all of my questions. The unit itself is big and they all look brand new and very clean! It's not a big scary maze scene for a horror movie like some of them are. I can absolutely recommend it!
I wish the price was cheaper, but a great facility wish good employees
