Augustana College parent moving daughter for the Summer. It is by far the closest storage from Augie. It's super close. Renting was quick. The clerk was very efficient, courteous and could answer all of my questions. The unit itself is big and they all look brand new and very clean! It's not a big scary maze scene for a horror movie like some of them are. I can absolutely recommend it!
I wish the price was cheaper, but a great facility wish good employees
Stay far away. I had thousands of dollars worth of property stolen from my storage unit, and this facility has no security system whatsoever. The staff had no idea what to do when it happened no help, no solutions, nothing. They told me nothing would be done, not even reimbursing me for canceling my service mid month. To make matters worse, when I tried to close my account, they couldn’t figure out how to cancel it until someone else finally showed up, leaving me waiting over an hour to move out.
